David brings a wealth of product and procurement knowledge in general line carbon products and nonferrous metals to the BMCG team.  Over a long and successful career in the metal service center industry, David has successfully performed senior management roles in General Management and Procurement  for Tier 1 distributors in the Canadian market including; Russel Metals, Leroux Steel and Pemco Steel.  Most recently, David was Vice President of Procurement for Pemco Steel.

With Russel Metals, Anthony played a key role in a number of significant Mergers & Acquisitions that facilitated profitable organizational growth from $1 billion to $3.5 billion (annually). Providing strategic support and leadership counsel to management teams within Russel Metals network of 75 North American wide production facilities allowed Anthony to develop a thorough understanding of the challenges leaders and organizations face on a daily basis.  Anthony holds a 3 year Diploma in Business Administration at Lambton College and a Certificate in Labor Relations from Queens University. Anthony also attended York University (Atkinson College) participating in the Administrative Studies program. Anthony has held a CHRL designation for the past 20 years.

Matteo has extensive experience in strategic management consultation, government and business relations, and business development, both in the private and non-profit sectors. His early career took him internationally where he started in Management and Government Relations consulting on large development projects.

Today, he works with various privately held companies and non-profit organizations and governments.

He is a recipient of the “40 under 40” Award, as well as the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal.
